Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Temporary

Department: Uniworld River Cruises
Location: Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking part-time, seasonal Shipping and Receiving clerical support for our Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U by Uniworld brands. For nearly four decades, Uniworld has taken guests to the most spectacular destinations in Europe, Egypt, India, Vietnam and China. Our driving goal is to provide guests with a first-class boutique river cruise experience.


As Shipping and Receiving Clerk – Part-time, Seasonal (February thru September), you will be responsible for fulfillment of in-coming and out-going USPS mail and UPS/FedEx packages and final travel documentation.


  • Send UPS and FedEx shipments daily.
  • Process USPS mail as a back-up for clerk.
  • Package final cruise documents.
  • Data entry of shipping tracking numbers into bookings.
  • Monitor and restock final documents inventory.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • Experience requiring similar attention to detail and organization.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate.
  • Postage machine, shipping and mailing processes.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. safely, move, load, stack supplies for processing.
